Important Notice: 

• Read all info. carefully and follow guidelines and polices on forms. If you have any questions please call or or email clubpro@mohawkparktennis.org. 
• Please note that we may be at full capacity due to the demanding interest for the indoor tennis season.
  
• Do not wait until last minute to register or risk registering you or your child later in the season.
  
• If your program, lesson and waiver form is not completed with your full payment, please know your spot will be given to the next person.
• Your program and or private-semi-private lesson full payment will be due by e-transfer or cash immediately in order to hold and secure your spot.
  
• Invoices for programs and lessons are provided for you by email during the season or at the end of the session for your records if needed.
  
• If you are registering yourself for the Adult Indoor Tennis Young At Heart Program, please visit www.mohawkparktennis.org. 
  
• Deadline date for all session I registrations is October 1, 2023 and for session II is January 3, 2024
• ​Please note that if registrations are full before the deadline dates, registrations will close.
